How to Buy
1. Send me an e-mail detailing what you want. Try to be as specific as you can - tell me the name of the product, when it was listed, the colour you want. If its a necklace, tell me whether you want a long chain like a pendant or a short one like a necklace . Please include a postal address in your e-mail. If you need it by a specific date please let me know and I'll do my best to get it to you.
2. After I've receieved your e-mail I will e-mail you a payment request via paypal. This will be for the item and for postage too. Please aim to pay 3-5 days after the paypal request.
3. The item/items will be posted 1-2 days after I recieve payment by first class post. Postage and Handling costs £1.50. Please note that I try to use recylced jiffy bags when I can as I think its a massive waste throwing away usable jiffy bags, so the £1.50 covers the time it takes for me to sort out all the postage, the actual postage stamps and any additional packaging like grip seal bags, tissue paper and bubble wrap.
4. Once the item has been dispatched I will e-mail you to let you know.
5. Once you recieve the item I would be encourage you to leave lots of nice feedback on my blog. Or if you want you can e-mail me. I like getting good news :)
6. If there are any problems or questions about items, postage, packaging, payment or any requests or ideas, feel free to e-mail me. I am a nice, reasonable person. Honest!
